Rob found this vintage Battaglin frame and was determined to build it up with some nice vintage parts. We have all been there before right? What starts out as a simple project turns into a much more complicated drawn out process. Rob has been stopping by the shop pretty much every weekend this year in search of the right parts for his frame. The parts we didn’t have led to some deeper searching and after some good luck on ebay Rob had accumulated all the necessary bits. Then came our task of putting this beauty together. We are pretty excited with how it came out and Rob is pretty stoked too!
Our Superb Sprints have been getting a warm reception. Yet again we have another one of our babies being snapped up by you guys! Billy went with the classic finish, good old polished aluminum. Pretty soon Billy will be joing the ever growing Sprint crew in Boston. We’ll have to start inventing a special wave of some sort… This bad boy is going to be raised as a single speed commuter, equipped with a Sram Omnium crank set, Campagnolo Veloce brake set, Chris King headset, Velocity Aero Wheel set, and Hold Fast straps on platform pedals. We just finished this great Customized Bianchi Pista Via Brera for Mary. She was in the market for a new bike for this summer and the Pista Via Brera spoke to her. With a few nice mods in the form of a Brooks B17s Saddle and a Velo Orange cruiser bar the bike was set up how she likes and ready for some fun in the sun! Enjoy it Mary!
