Our last Superb x Geekhouse rockcity collabo frame was sold shortly after we received it to the movie “Premium Rush” An action story set in New York City, where a bike messenger picks up a package at Columbia University and subsequently catches the attention of a dirty cop. Hopefully the bike will make it to the silver screen, cross your fingers for us and Geekhouse!

Promptly after the first one left the building we ordered up a new one. This one is 58cm on the seat tube center to center and 57 cm along the top tube center to center and 55cm effective top tube center to center, so it will ride like a 55cm bike. Price is $1400 and that includes a single color sugar coat powdercoat of your choice, sparkle and candy coats are a bit extra. The frame is currently raw and the decals are just for show, decals of your color choice can be added after the powdercoat. We can also do a complete build using our custom build program to save you some serious money on the components and labor.
We have a beautiful Bridgestone Track Bike for sale. It is used but in really nice condition. Price is $1200. Comes as pictured plus another nitto stem with a riser bar attached, so you can swap between risers and drops at a whim. Size 53cm top tube c-c and 53 seat tube c-t

We recently acquired a beautiful piece of cycling history to display at the shop. It is a Tachion Track Bike which was designed for time trials with a very interesting front end set up. Instead of using a traditional quill stem a handlebar was mounted directly to the fork in order to get a super low aerodynamic position with out the need for a 650 front wheel. If you would be interested in purchasing this very rare bicycle please contact us, the wheels and cranks however are not for sale.

“Takhion was a special make of sport bicycle from Kharkov, Ukraine, in former-USSR.
Named tachyon: (in Physics) a hypothetical subatomic particle that always travels faster than speed of light.
Developed by Central Design & Technology Agency, Bike Building, or CDTA BB,
from 1981 to 1992, nearly 400 custom bicycles were produced,
over a dozen models for road, track and time trial competitions,
featuring original-patent aluminum, carbon and titanium components.”
“Takhion bicycles were originally designed for the USSR National Team,
which used Campagnolo, Colnago, DeRosa, Rossin, Cinelli (from Italy) and RIH (Netherlands).
A CDTA BB technical symposium in mid-1980s included experts from Columbus, Bianchi, 3T, Alpina (Italy).
Takhion then supplied cycling teams of Republics Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Kirghizia.
Several USSR National Championships, and at least one World Championship, have been won on Takhion.”

We just got this beautiful Italian handmade Rossin in at the shop. You can purchase just the frame and fork for $1800 or the complete bike as shown for $3300. You could also purchase the frame and other parts through us through our Custom Build Program. The frame is 54cm c-t on the seat tube and 55 c-c on the top tube. Hard to find a frame like this in such amazing condition these days.
