We just finished a fresh Bianchi Super Pista Custom Build for Ryan. This one wants to go fast!

Back in the day I had to bike 40 miles to school and back… Now you can get your parents to shut up and toss them the Dolomiti, Bianchi’s retro road bike while keeping them updated with the proper matching apparel.

No matter how a bike company builds their complete bikes, certain parts of it are not going to appeal to everyone. Luckily we carry a whole range of parts to make customizing your bike very easy. Bianchi’s new 2010 Pista Via Brera is a very nice looking bike. Classy, retro, simple, things many people are looking for in a fixed gear or single speed. Over the weekend we sold one to a customer who decided it could be even a bit nicer. So we ended up swapping out the saddle for a san marco rolls, the sweeping flat bar for a pair of nitto’s stainless steel risers, and the cork grips for some black Ourys. We were really happy with the out come, those minor changes really made a big difference. Not everyone has the budget to start from scratch and build up the bike of their dreams, but starting with an off the shelf bike and making a few choice upgrades can really get you a great bike while saving a lot of money!
