Freight Baggage Beverage Holder Review

posted by on 2009.07.27 , under New Product, Review

I have been riding with a Freight Beverage holder for the past couple weeks. It is a pretty handy little device if you are constantly stopping by the coffee shop without enough time to sit there and drink your mocha, latte, or whatever. It was designed more for a beer/soda can, or bottle, but does a decent job with my tea. Most cups that taper fit in it about half way and seem pretty secure(I haven’t spilled yet). I would recommend if you are always doing massive sick skids to place the holder on the opposite side of the leg you are forward with, or else you might knock over your beverage or not have enough room to really ride that stem. All in all it is a rather functional little add on that is placed perfectly to grab a drink while you are riding without having to reach down to where watter bottles are usually placed. It also comes on and off the bike in a matter of seconds.

Locust Folding Bike

posted by on 2009.07.13 , under Art, Commuting, prototype, WTF

I want one…was the first thing I thought of when I saw this bike. I have actually been in the market for a folding bike for sometime, well either that or a Freight Baggage travel case. I hate going on trips and not having a bike, and airplanes charge a lot to take your bike, and then you have to put it all back together, and then what do you do with the box. I can see riding this to the airport, folding it up, putting it on the plane, getting off the plane and riding away. If only it was for sale. 89369_e02e6hymgclrsgia2wd5lfsi1
